You own what you create. You're responsible for having the right to post the words and photos you publish, and for keeping them lawful and kind — no illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content.
Free notes stay live for a year. Keepsake notes are kept for five years; Forever notes don't expire. A note whose time lapses doesn't get deleted — it rests, and you can wake it by renewing. We aim to keep pages online for their full term but can't guarantee against events outside our control.
Keepsake ($10 / 5 years) and Forever ($29 once) are one-time payments processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case by case — just ask.
We may remove notes that violate these terms or the law.
We may update these terms; continued use means you accept them.
