Northstar is a Web Pros product for making small web pages you keep. This is a plain-language summary of how we handle your data.
Your account (via Google sign-in: name and email), the notes you create (their words, photos, and settings), and basic, cookieless view counts for your published pages (how many views, and roughly where they came from — link, QR, social, or direct). We do not track visitors across the web or sell data.
Photos and text you add to a published note are, by design, publicly viewable to anyone with the link. Don't publish anything you wouldn't want public.
If you use "Write it for me" or turn on "Ask this page," the relevant text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. It is not used to train models.
Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see your full card details.
Delete a note anytime from your dashboard, which removes it and its address. Contact us to close your account entirely.
